**Terms & conditions:**
1. Security deposit of 10% of total charges per booking will be payable subject to minimum of ₹3,000/-.
2. Taxes as applicable will be charged extra on the total service charges.
3. Service charges @ 50% of the above rates will be charged for collaborative programmes, with likeminded organizations, which are not organised on regular basis and where involvement of the Centre is equal.
4. Levying charges for cancellation of confirmed booking of Auditorium, Conference Hall etc.—

5. Change of date of confirmed booking shall be considered subject to availability within fifteen days’ notice period. Such change irrespective of half day or full day shall be permitted on payment of ₹5,000/- plus GST as applicable.
